I asked the salesperson JACOB ZHOU multiple times if the ball pit was 6.5 feet. Naturally, you’d think that either the square INSIDE the actual ball pit would be 6.5 OR at least one of the ball pit walls on its own. He explained to me that it’ll only be 6.5 feet after you assemble it. This is AFTER the fact that it has been made and shipped to me. He said this is always how they measured the equipment which is bullshit because the last 3 ball pits I’ve ordered and asked for were correct. for example, my 5 feet ball pit is actually 5 feet because the outside walls are 5.5’. I have had a longstanding relationship with them but clearly regardless of how much you order they take advantage of the fact that they’re overseas and you can’t do anything about it. They also disrespected me by offering $50 as a credit to my next order. You clearly need this more than I do. It’s insane that they didn’t value our relationship at all. good luck to anyone buying from them
